tom is flexible, communicative, kind, and easy to deal with! his 4runner was spotless clean and was flexible with me about extensions / pick up and drop off locations. the model is maybe a little bit older than some but it has bluetooth for your phone/music, back up camera, electronic seats and all that jazz. one feature i thought was a fun and nice to have, was that i think might be common on 4runnners but not sure in general but the trunk window rolls down!
