I was disappointed with my experience. The vehicle was provided at 80% battery, but during the return process, it dropped to 79%, and I’m being charged a fee for that 1% difference. I was on time to return the vehicle, but I got stuck at the charging station due to an issue with the key not being properly programmed, which prevented the car from starting. Turo provides a 30-minute grace period, and this delay was outside of my control. I don’t feel it’s fair to be charged for these issues, and I’m disappointed with how the situation was handled.
