I can’t recommend Quinn highly enough. I rented Bluey, his Tesla Model Y, for a month in Boulder, and Quinn went above and beyond from start to finish.
A few days before my trip, the car I’d originally booked was hit by someone else. Rather than simply cancel - which would have been completely understandable - Quinn rearranged his own plans to get me another Model Y with the specific FSD/hardware I wanted, even absorbing the price difference himself.
Throughout the month he was incredibly responsive, helpful and flexible, including holding the car for me while I considered extending my trip and offering me a very fair rate to do so.
Most impressively, when a medical emergency involving my dog forced me to unexpectedly shorten the extension, Quinn couldn’t have been more understanding. He made the change and return completely painless, and he and his mom even went out of their way to help us find the right veterinary care in a city that was two states away!
And Bluey itself was fantastic - pristine, beautifully maintained and an absolute pleasure to drive. After a month, it genuinely felt like a second home for us in Boulder.
Quinn is exactly the kind of host you hope to find on Turo. Exceptional car, exceptional host, and just an exceptionally kind person. I’d rent from him again without hesitation.
