Great response time, very helpful with any questions I might of had. Car was super clean.

The host was nice and the trip was great. Although the vehicle did need an oil change it was on 12% for a several hundred mile trip which had me stressed while driving. I take care of my personal vehicle and I would hope if I'm renting anyhthing it would be ready to drive, especially since it was an unlimited miles trip.
Thank you for your feedback. The GM Oil Life Monitor is a maintenance reminder, not an indication of a mechanical issue or low oil. The vehicle started your trip at 12% oil life, the "Change Engine Oil Soon" message did not appear until after approximately 758 miles, and it was returned at 3% oil life after 788 total miles. It will be serviced before its next rental. The vehicle was delivered to the pickup location you selected during booking; other pickup locations were available.
