Car was in previous accident srealering wheel vibrated erratically and drifted off road knocking noise in front end. 430 dollars later

We’re disappointed to see this review, as none of these concerns were ever reported during the trip or at return. The vehicle has never been in an accident, is regularly maintained, and recently had an alignment just to make sure it drives straight. The visible dent is cosmetic and was documented before the trip. The $430 referenced was from the guest extending the reservation, not a mechanical issue. Had any concern been reported during the trip, we would have addressed it immediately.
Car was nice I only put 4 stars because I found a cigarette butt in between the seat I don’t smoke that could have cost me $150 but great host overall great experience and would rent again communication 10/10.

We were surprised to see this, as the cigarette butt was not present during our pre-trip inspection. When our pickup team retrieved the vehicle, the doors were left open and there was a noticeable odor inside. We chose not to pursue a smoking violation or charge and simply handled the cleaning ourselves. We take cleanliness very seriously and thoroughly inspect each vehicle before every trip. We’re glad the rest of your experience was positive and appreciate your feedback.
