Only reason for 3 star is that the car was so hot due to the roof shade broken. The AC was on full blast the whole time and it was barely taking the edge off from the heat and with two small children it was kind of miserable. 10/10 would turo from Nathan again as he was amazing to communicate with and I had let him know of the discrepancies. But an all glass roof in the Florida sun without the sun shade was horrible and some of the vents were broken and was hard to actually aim the air where we needed it. Car ran amazing and was very fuel efficient and was topped off so we could immediately start our trip. Brakes were super soft and recommended to him that he should get them inspected. Center console lid was broken and the slightest pressure on it as an arm rest and it would shoot forward like a ninja and chop your drink in half.
Hey Mark! We do apologize for the sun shade issue as it was damaged by a prior renter and we didn’t have time to have it replaced before your trip. Though we did notice you had the heat on in the back so I’m sure that didn’t help either!
Thank you for the feedback on the brakes, they’ve been checked and no issues at all - we realize it wasn’t as “hard” as your personal car but it’s kind of hard for us to do anything about that.. Especially when we offered to return early and you declined.

This is the first we are hearing of it, even after going out of our way to return your belongings, so we would appreciate you allowing us an opportunity to fix any issues but we can’t do anything about it if it’s never brought to our attention.
