I’m very displeased with the owner I rented the Audi for 1 week 7 days I barely drove it because I was on vacation… The battery and alternator died on me…. I had to go in to work so I called my lady to sit with the car until my friend comes to give it a jump I txt the owner of the truck that the battery had died n my lady was sitting In the truck til my friend comes to jump it… She told him that the car is on the side of the road n turo support said try to get it to a safe place… she then tells him she tried to crank it to get it out the road but a bunch of codes pop up then it shutoff… Nathan then reports I have someone else driving the vehicle wen it won’t crank with a dead battery… I had one more day with the vehicle I was getting off work the next morning and Nathan reported a missing vehicle… BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY HE NOT PUTTING MAINTENANCE ON HIS VEHICLE N HE WILL TRY TO GET YOU FOR HIS CARS THAT IS NOT MAINTENANCED…..

We do apologize the battery died, things like this happen, but TURO Trust & Safety advised you to return the vehicle for BREAKING NUMEROUS TURO policies and advised it would be reported as missing if you did not return the vehicle… so apologies again if you somehow think that is our fault. 🤷🏻♂️
