Uzi our co host was a pleasure to work with and he made everything as seamless as possible despite a few setbacks. While arriving at Lga, our car was late by 40 minutes and this was inconvenient as I was traveling alone with 3 kids under 5.
The buttons to adjust the drivers seat forward and back were broken and a potential hazard, uzi was unaware and apologetic. I had prepaid for 2 car seats, one was soaked as if it had been left outside. The screen inside the car to view maps or listen to music was also broken.
In the end, I was satisfied overall with the experience bc of the flexibility which was great due to a few flight changes and whatnot and the car itself was fine and we enjoyed it for the week we used it. They were very accommodating which I was grateful for.
Drop off was seamless as I parked the car in the parking garage early and had no issue with this and I received great instructions on what to do.

I had a great experience renting this car. It was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and easy. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!

Turo was a great experience. Car was reliable and clean. A bit uncomfortable since the seats didn’t adjust very well. The drop off process was a little nerve wracking since we didn’t get the location and instructions until 30 mins before the drop off!
But other than that, we’d definitely use
it again with this vendor.
