The car was overall fine and got my friends and I to and from a brief excursion update, but there were a few key issues: the stand to hold my phone for navigational purposes didn't work, meaning that my friend had to manually hold the phone, the Bluetooth didn't work despite us following the exact instructions Nicky sent, and the heat didn't work fully throughout the trip, which was unideal given the 10-degree weather we had that day. Nicky was very responsive throughout the day, but I wish these had been resolved prior to the time of our rental to allow for a more comfortable trip.
