Overly demanding and micro managing. I would not rent from this company again.

Poor communication from this client. Was unresponsive to our co-hosts who were trying to assist him with pickups/dropoffs. Horrible attitude & doesn't quite understand how the TURO platform works. How can someone be upset when our team is actively trying to be proactive with instructions so the pickup/dropoff process is seamless & convenient ? You simply can't please everyone !
