Overly demanding and micro managing. I would not rent from this company again.
Poor communication from this client. Was unresponsive to our co-hosts who were trying to assist him with pickups/dropoffs. Horrible attitude & doesn't quite understand how the TURO platform works. How can someone be upset when our team is actively trying to be proactive with instructions so the pickup/dropoff process is seamless & convenient ? You simply can't please everyone !

Overall, great experience with this group. Only thing I wish was that the car was truly at the airport. I’ve dealt with these things for business where they send an Uber for you and that’s fine but when traveling with a young family, it was a huge pain to have to leave my wife and kids waiting in an unknown airport while I go pickup the car. Oh well.
