The car looks amazing, unfortunately, throughout the trip. Minor electrical problems began occurring, Including the car stopping three times (once while being out of state,twice while going to drop off the car)The tire pressure of the back right wheel went down where I had to check and fill. And location for pick up and drop off were easy to find. But taking pictures of the car where it was parked was difficult and in fact quite dangerous due to having to stand in the middle of traffic to get proper. Would have been five stars but being stuck in the middle of moving traffic really didn’t feel safe.

After investigating, we identified a loose battery terminal following routine dealership maintenance as the cause of the electrical interruptions. This has since been corrected. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the tire pressure and pickup/drop-off locations. Your safety and experience are important to us, and we appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.
Everything was easy once communication was done between us. There were no issues, car was full with gas, clean and ready for me. I appreciated the service and will definitely recommend them and use their services again.

Car was fantastic! Pickup and drop off was very straightforward and easy to navigate. No issues at all!

Car was good, 4wd very useful with the winter weather we had. The car is very spacious and we needed it with 2 adults and 3 kids. With the back row of seats collapsed the trunk is flat and fitted 5 big suitcases and 3 small no problem. Flexible on delivery location and return at appropriate costs which was appreciated.
