The car was great, pickup and dropoff very simple. Nice people.

The rental itself was fine overall, but the car smelled strongly of smoke upon pickup. We also had to pay a $27 parking garage exit fee that was not disclosed ahead of time. The reimbursement was eventually resolved, but only after I contacted Turo support. I also would have preferred communication through the Turo app rather than repeated text messages to my personal phone number.
Parking fees was disclosed in the reservation, I'm sorry if you didn't see it. And about the smell, it's a lie. Guest was upset because she had to pay for parking ticket and I still refunded her the money. All guests can see on my 1000 trips if I had a situation like this one before. I'm glad she can't rent with me again.
