Nice guy. Car was fine — heavy smell of cleaning agents. Host was late to pickup and drop off.
I was 27 mins late for drop off I’m not perfect but for the pick up time was scheduled at 3 pm not 330 the time you requested which you didn’t even change on the app. I of course being the good person I am didn’t say anything about you dropping my car off at 330 30 mins after the time scheduled on the app and you blame me for being late LOL

Jacqueline and her son were both fantastic — communication was completely smooth and clear. The car was great, fully equipped, and very well maintained. There wasn’t a single thing missing or anything we had trouble with. It even had Michelin tires.
Overall, an excellent experience. Next time we’re in NYC, we’ll rent a car from Jacqueline and her son again without hesitation. Great people and a great car.
