Old car, smelled. Lots of miles

Hey matthew looks like u drove this vehicle close to 200 miles no issues prior to booking it does tell you the year of the vehicle as most turo vehicles are USED older vehicles also as far as smell i explained we do spray deodorizer in the vehicle before every trip sorry that smell you didnt like. I know you didnt have any driveability issues or mechanical issues so wondering what warranted a 2 star review. I've had multiple trips with this vehicle with no issues and great reviews.

this guest unfortunately scheduled a delivery and after it was dropped off and driven for over 100 miles proceeded to say the car had an odor. which there was no odor at all to the vehicle and was just recently fully detailed. it seems like he just wanted to find a way to get out of the booking at that moment and just made up a story unfortunately. not reccomended
I got the Jeep Cherokee was booked with only 2 hours notice and everything was great! Clean
