This was my first time renting via Turo and I couldn’t have chosen a better host! I rented a model Y Tesla and it was an amazing experience. It’s a great car but Maria made the process simple and was great at keeping me updated and was responsive to communication. Thanks for the great rental and if you add a Cybertruck to the stable, I’ll give it a try.

Pros: Flexible and responsive host
Cons: Tesla app access didn’t work, car cleaning was subpar (strong odour from a passenger belt), handover was rushed and chaotic

I’ve already taken action:
• Scheduled Tesla service for a full camera cleaning & servicing
• Deep-cleaned the interior with extra focus on seatbelts & odors
• Improved handover process with more buffer time and clearer instructions.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine

Unreasonably dirty vehicles may result in a $150 fine
