Unfortunately, the car had a very strong pet urine odor that was noticeable as soon as I got inside. The smell was overwhelming and made the entire ride uncomfortable. A rental vehicle should be thoroughly cleaned and ready for the next guest, and this car did not meet that expectation. I would not rent this vehicle again unless the odor is professionally treated and completely removed.

Car had noticeable marks on the outside and a crack in front windshield also had a slight smell but other than that drives decent and would rent again. Thanks yall this is the second car I’ve rented from them.

There was a noticable/visible crack/inditation in the windshield on the driver's side that was distracting at times and I had not been informed of the issue prior to renting the vehicle. Would not have rented the vehicle if I had know there was a crack in the windshield.
