We love having you as a repeat guest.
The trip was great, however a few tweaks. I could not adjust the drivers seat to my liking and something is poking out of the driver seat to where it could be a safety hazard. There is already scratches on the car and everything. Other than that.. the trip was a success.

Thank you for the feedback. The thing poking out of the drivers seat is where the armrest goes…a guest broke it. As for the scratches…yep a guest did that too. But I’m glad the car drove nice!
Good but light came on and needed an oil change other than that the car drove well. Host was excellent and easy to rent from.

Madison truly made our first experience with Turo remarkable. Not only was the car in great condition, Madison also responded promptly and kindly to any question or concern we had. 10/10 would recommend renting a car from this host. If we need a Turo in the future, Madison would be my first choice one hundred percent. She informed me it was something they do as a family, and any renter who rents from them sure feels like one of the family as well. You can tell they truly care about their renters and the service they provide. Could not have asked for a better host or experience!!!
