When I arrived to the vehicle I had to wait for a response from someone to open the vehicle. Location is not the greatest, definitely would have been nice if they had flexibility in location. I have a Tesla of my own so I of course enjoyed the experience except for the inconvenience of having to put in a code in every time was very annoying.
