Easy to drive and easy pick up!

We had a flight change which caused our itinerary to change. Gary tried to assist by having us try to change locations and pickup time on the app, after several tries he called with Turo and they also could not help after an hour of total time wasted. When I picked up the car, which I had to go out of my way for, he forgot to provide the lockbox code and instructions on the lockbox. We had to wait for him. The following day the lockbox flew off the car upon rolling down the rear passenger window, as we thought it was attached to the car. Gary insulted us several times and made things very difficult for pickup. He demanded we pay for the lockbox through cashapp, even though he didn’t provide instructions to have it removed. He was very flustered from the beginning because of the time change and insulted us several times over changing our plans. He couldn’t accommodate the changes,even though he said multiples times he would be able to. The customer service experience was terrible. Car was good.

I absolutely accommodate and appreciate my guests. RJ however, was a bit difficult to work with. Absolutely one of the most disorganized, expecting, and indecisive decision makers I’ve ever had the pleasure of hosting. He refuses to use common sense in the use of your vehicle. This guest destroyed my lockbox while refusing to pay for it. Combative when asked. Hasn’t reached out since. Was a terrible experience for us both. Ive never said it before. Never again.
