1st time Turo user here. My experience was great. The car was very nice, very new and clean with a quiet, smooth ride, very comfortable as well.
The car pickup and key transfer was also easy and uncomplicated as was the car and key drop off. It was such an easy, no drama process. Communication was very good with the host who was very responsive to messages through the Turo app. I can definitely recommend the host of this car, I will definitely do Turo again with this host again when I need a rental.
