José was amazing. The vehicle was in perfect condition. I want to also add that there was an issue at vehicle pickup, but Jose was extremely responsive (like within seconds) and assisted me during my trip. Any other host would have left me stranded with a cancelled reservation. However Jose acted quickly and was extremely helpful in assisting us. I can’t thank him enough for that. Much appreciated and will definitely book again on my next trip to TN.
