Pickup location and host were great!
Although the host graciously communicated about a couple issues with the car that he was unable to get fixed prior to our rental, there were several additional unexpected quality issues (broken chair arms, vents that didn’t blow, additional door issues, etc.)
We appreciated the affordable use of the car and wish this kind host the very best!
I also drove to the airport for you even though you picked a location thirty minutes away when I could’ve left you to your own devices.
I also refunded you for a full day out of my earnings and not Turos because the previous renter had left damage and you were picking up the next day. Instead of canceling your trip and leaving you stranded I gave you the option.
The car is almost 15 years old not everything will work and look like it’s brand new. This is why it is the price it’s listed at.

Easy pick up and drop off at the airport. Quiet and smooth riding vehicle. Great communication before during and post rental.

Jason was awesome, would definitely rent from him again. He was available to message almost instantly. He also made himself available to fix a minor AC issue in the middle of our trip. Car was clean and drove great. 👍
