The driver did not let us know where the car was until I had to call. I’ve booked with Turo a lot and never had such a terrible experience. We finally locate our car and continue our trip. The app gives us 4 drop off locations to return so we pick the most convenient one. After returning the car the host blames me for returning the car to the wrong location. He never communicated and Turo literally told me I could return to 4 locations. Then after the trip was all done they charge me $32 for gas when I had just filled the car in Hollywood. I would recommend anyone to use a different host. Terrible experience.

This is the first negative review I’ve received, and I’m truly sorry the guest had such a poor experience. I take all feedback seriously and will review what could have been communicated better. For clarification, all pickup information, including the parking location and vehicle geolocation, was uploaded to the Turo app in a timely manner. I only asked about the return because the car was left at a different lot without notice. The fuel reimbursement was based on documented trip photos.
