The host was attentive and very polite. The car is a really great car! I didn’t have any issues with the duration of my trip.

Host was awesome to work with and easy to rent with. Everything was great with the car as well. Would definitely rent from again.

The car quality was very low. I didn’t get the vehicle I had reserved. Was supposed to get it the next day but they gave it to someone else. Cars are not as pictured - the vehicle was dusty, not clean, with numerous dents and dings. The front end needed alignment, wheels need balanced, brakes grab, and windshield wipers needed replacement. I notified host of issues and asked if I could get a better working car and he said there weren’t any. I would NEVER take this vehicle out of town and only drove it for necessary errands. It was returned cleaner than delivered. I would never have reserved if I had known the condition of their cars. Had it for 8 days and was told I could return for refund because of condition of the car but when I tried p- I was actually going to be charged more than the original charge. Very deceptive advertising.
I’m sorry this trip wasn’t a good fit for you. The vehicle originally booked became unavailable due to a late return, so I offered a replacement. When concerns were raised on day 2, I offered wiper replacement or immediate pickup with a refund. The guest instead chose to keep the vehicle all 8 days and drove it hundreds of miles. Most guests are very satisfied with my older practical rentals, which are intended for affordable transportation, not pristine/showroom-condition expectations.
