The host was awesome! We actually ended up using two of his vehicles and they both were very clean, great air conditioning in both if you experience any issues at all along your trip you can count on this host to fix it immediately! I recommend this host to anyone and would rent from him in the future! Thank you for making our first turo experience great!

The pickup was a bit rocky and we were charged a full additional day to extend the drop off time just 2 & 1/2 hours.

Hi Leslie, you didn't express any difficulty to me with picking up the vehicle but I'm always available if you need help. Turo charges by the day, not the hour, which is standard for the industry. That is not something I have control over.
