It was my first time using this kind of rental where everything is done via text, but I would say it ended well
We appreciate your feedback. However, in today’s world, especially in the 21st century, most services — including car bookings and communication — are handled through the phone and the app. All essential information regarding the trip was clearly provided in writing through the platform, which is standard practice.
That said, we are always happy to answer phone calls as well — it is never a problem for us. We simply follow modern and efficient communication methods, as do most guests. 😅
