Good could be easier, not the easiest to get into contact with number listed. Probably will never use again.

This review was surprising. We delivered the vehicle to the airport on time, and the guest contacted us earlier than the scheduled pickup. We allowed an early pickup since the car was already there and ready.
After that, there were no further messages or issues during the trip. We always aim to provide a smooth and convenient experience, so this feedback was unexpected. We appreciate all feedback and will continue improving our service.

🧼 You must return the car clean and in the same condition as when you picked it up. Please make sure there is no beach sand in the car, no water stains on the seats, and no white marks from sunscreen. If any of these are found, a $150 fee will be charged for additional cleaning and interior detailing.

I received your message at 10pm Sunday regarding the vehicle due back Monday at 10am, and I want to address a concern. I understand that having GPS tracking on your vehicle is your right as the owner. However, referencing specific locations I may have visited in a message about cleaning fees feels inappropriate and unnecessary.

You don’t have context for why I may have been at any location—it could just as easily be related to my place of employment or a routine stop, not “activities” as implied. That kind of assumption comes across as intrusive rather than professional.

As for the condition of the vehicle, your own policy states to “keep the car tidy,” which I did. I take care of anything I use and returned the vehicle in a respectful condition. Being told I could be charged $150, especially in that tone and context, feels excessive and unwarranted.

I’m open to respectful communication, but I would appreciate keeping it professional and focused strictly on the condition of the vehicle rather than personal inferences.

The GPS tracker is required by our insurance and is used only for emergency purposes — we do not monitor our guests in any way.
We never force anything on our clients. We simply inform everyone to return the car in good condition to avoid any possible extra cleaning fees. In your case, the vehicle was returned in good condition and no charges were applied.
