Car had 2 issues. One the driver side lock didn’t work and the air conditioning was making a loud noise from the motor. I was supposed to have the car for a month but with these issues turned in early. Host wasn’t great to deal with. She was not helpful at all. I normally have a great experience. This was not that

Greetings Brendan, I appreciate your review, but even before the trip started you wanted to cancel due to the trip changes you made and unwillingness to accept the required payments or follow Turo's policies. I gave you the option to have the car checked, but you refused. Keep in mind, those "issues" appeared during your trip and never interfere with the car's driving ability. After the car returned, it was thoroughly inspected & passed. No issues were found & everything functions properly.
Drivers door would not lock or unlock making it very inconvenient to get in and out of vehicle.
