The car was very clean and exactly what we needed to get family to and from the airport. The host was extremely wonderful in communicating everything, from pick up, drop off, and anything in between!

Pickup location was horrible mostly because Zaira put the car on the Short term lot way at the end of the row at 11 am which meant I was stuck paying a full days parking fee when I got the car 7 hours later. This was done totally for her convenience. All my many other Turo renters meets me at the time I arrive, shows me how to open the fuel flap, how to start the car, brake release, badic safety features. Not Zaira! She cant be bothered. Then she put the key in a lockbox that was previously broken. I had no combo or instructions until I demanded the code. she said she sent them but upon scrutinizing all her coms, she hadn't. She will insult you by saying No one else has had problems. Way to go Zaira! I would have given a rate of 1 star but the car was nice. NEVER AGAIN WITH ZAIRA!!!
Cheryl, I’m sorry the pickup didn’t meet your expectations. This is a contactless pickup as stated in the listing, which many guests prefer for flexibility. When you asked for the lockbox code, I sent it right away and apologized for the delay. I was also available throughout the trip for any questions. I appreciate the feedback and will continue working to make the pickup process as smooth as possible for future guests.
