The host is Horrible at helping the customers with ANYTHING
The guest was attempting to resolve issues that only Turo support can resolve.

Escalade is not well maintained. Brakes squeaking from the time of first drive, transmission clunks going into gear and shifting, sensor lights on. Owner reported just serviced and had all these issues among others and the oil change sticker on the window was 2,xxx miles overdue. Do not suggest renting.

Tampa Airport is a pain but thats no fault of the vehicle or service. Got charged $18 to get vehicle out of parking garage. TPMS dash light is on, wheels have a shimmy at highway speed and key FOB battery low. All fixable things. Otherwise the vehicle drives nicely as expected.
