I was traveling to Florida for vacation, and while boarding the plane, I found out my mother had been admitted to the ICU. Of course being in the middle of Spring Break and March Madness, there was not a single rental car to be found. I stumbled across Turo, and I'm so glad I found this listing.
I booked my trip in the middle of the night, and within a couple of hours I received the notification the car had been dropped off and gave me all the information to find it quickly and easily. The hosts were extremely responsive when I had questions about the car during the trip, and when I needed to stay at the hospital longer than expected, the hosts were beyond accommodating and helped me extend my trip.
My mom passed 7 days later. Because of Turo and this host, I got 2 more days with my mom that I will be forever grateful for. Thank you.

This was the second time that I rented a car from Luri. The first rental time was fine. However, the second rental time when I picked it up on Thursday, March 12 was really stressful for me. I was contacted by one of the assistance, Eugen, who told me that he had left his leather satchel in the car. At this point, I was well on my way to my destination and couldn’t turn around. Eugen and Vadam continued to message and text me throughout the evening. They wanted to set up a time for them to come and retrieve the leather satchel out of the car. I was not interested in having them meet me where I was staying and told them that. I felt very uncomfortable. The next day, Friday the 13th, I made the trip back to Tampa and dropped off the car. This was two days prior to when I was originally to drop the car off. I felt that the whole host and assistance were very unprofessional and as such, I will not rent from these people again.
I’m very glad that this guest will no longer rent a car from me😅In just two days of communication, it became the most negative experience I’ve had during all my time working on Turo.
Unfortunately, I accidentally left my bag in the car with my documents and keys for other rental vehicles. When I contacted the guest to retrieve it, the guest demanded compensation for the inconvenience and a full refund for the trip simply because I forgot my bag in the car.It’s a crazy and almost funny situation
