The car was perfect for a weekend trip to Yellowstone! Pickup / drop off was easy (the airport has a dedicated Turo lot). Would rent again!

Claire, For context and to reflect the true picture. The car was cleaned in & out ahead of your trip. We asked for specifics when you raised this initially, twice in fact – we got no response. We delivered the car to your alternate location, without charge, to save you walking to the Turo lot. We allowed you to keep it longer without charge, and then despite very clear directions you parked it in a restricted bay, where it was at risk of being towed. No tracking took place and never does.
