Pick up and drop off was super easy but the outlets for the usbc car charger didn’t work. Our phones died and we got lost

Chad was a wonderful host and the jeep was as described. We traveled through 3 national parks on this trip and it was wonderful. Would book with Chad again.

Everything went well when I was in direct communication with Chad. Emails I received would ask "REPLY" to which I tried each time, in the mountian of Idaho/Montana and the small to large cities along the way, I received this message "Sorry! We're having trouble loading details for this trip. Please try again in a few minutes", which I would do with the same response. I did send a photo of ID and photo of myself holding the ID, but it keep asking for them and when I tried I received the same massage as above. Host, was great. TURO, not so great with communications.
