The pickup/drop off location was not clear. But host was able to accommodate the pickup location change.

Guests first time using Turo and booked my home location instead of the airport. I stated it was parked in front of my garage with the garage number and they were hunting in the airport parking garage. 4 stars for user error is not something I can control. Sorry you didn’t have the best experience your first time on Turo.
Host was very responsive, car rode smooth and has 4WD which comes in handy!

Great car and an excellent host! The car was clean, drove perfectly, and made the trip really enjoyable. The host was very friendly, responded quickly to messages, and made the whole rental process smooth and easy. I would definitely rent from them again. Highly recommend!
