The host was responsive and the issue was ultimately resolved, but I did have a tire puncture during the trip that required replacement and significantly disrupted my itinerary. Communication around documentation felt somewhat repetitive, which added stress in the moment. Overall, things were handled, but the experience wasn’t as smooth as expected.
Thank you for your feedback. The flat tire was caused by a rock puncture during your trip, which is outside our control. Per Turo policy, guests are responsible for tire damage, and replacement was required. Our communication was strictly to obtain the documentation Turo requires to close the claim. Driving on a spare is not safe for extended distances. While we understand this was inconvenient, we followed proper procedures to ensure safety and compliance.
