The vehicle was excellent, very clean. Turo on the other hand- our first time using turo and our last. When I booked the trip, it was set for pick up at Bozeman Airport, and it wasn’t until a day before our trip. We realized that it somehow reverted to picking up the vehicle from the owner. Doing so cost us an additional $300 just to pick up and drop off at the airport. This will be the last time using Turo.

Communication with owner resulted in flawless interaction.
Initial pickup and final dropoff went easily. There was no problem with getting started nor with completing the trip.
I would recommend driving five miles after picking up vehicle just to see to it that you know precisely what sort of condition the vehicle is in. Then stop and do your photographic review, communicate with owner, as needed, and ensure the terms are just as you need.
