The car was extremely clean! Host was very responsive. The car drove very well! It is evident that Mallory truly cares about the car's cleanliness. We did have an issue with the fob on the first day of the trip and replaced the battery and we paid to replace the battery at our own cost, but the key fob still wasn't working properly. The host was responsive, but unfortunately getting a new fob to us wasn't convenient for either of us. The fob only worked to start the car if it was held right by the start button. The host said she will fix the issue now that they're aware. Thank you for a great vehicle!

The car was returned as it was, clean, safe and free of bad smells, the owners were very attentive and the indications were understandable and flexible
