When I picked up the vehicle, everything was perfect. I experienced complications with the vehicle. I reached out to the host. They were very friendly and easy to communicate with unfortunately due to when I notified Turo of my experience. I unfortunately received multiple agents telling me something different and kept me on the phone for several hours. Now in order to get any new accommodations, I have to wait until the vehicle has been picked up by the host before I can be provided a replacement or some sort of accommodation and now my Airbnb I have to leave at 11 and I do not have a vehicle at this point and it is 9:17 AM and I still have to make it to Palm Beach Florida, which is over an hour and a half away from my current location. my experience this time with Turo was not the best experience that I’ve had but it was not due to the lack of trying to help more so the inability to bring me another vehicle to my current location for the inconvenience.

After reviewing the situation, the vehicle was operating properly, and the concern appeared to be related to the vehicle’s automatic stop-start feature, which can sometimes be unfamiliar if you have not used this technology before. This car was great for my mini trip to Orlando , 4 kids and 4 adults fit in this car! The car drove smooth and also the host was great, communicated well and customer service was great. They even accommodated me for early return.
