Car worked great, was clean. Host was responsive easy drop off and pick up! I really appreciated being able to pick up and drop off at the airport in rapid city.

Pick up had an issue. Was told it was in one lot at the airport. I searched for 15 minutes and couldn’t find it.
Messaged the host. He called and helped me find it. It was in a different lot than I was told.
Host was very helpful and apologetic about the problem.
