Everything was smooth! Pickup, drop-off and communication with host. Car was perfect for carrying around my family and I (up to 7 adults and one child at one point). Only note would be that the car interior could've been a bit cleaner when we picked it up.

Easy pickup, smooth ride

The car ran great. Unfortunately it smelled like smoke despite the no smoking policy. The car was readily available, but we had to wait approx 30 minutes for the host to appear with the key which put us behind schedule. Other than that, the rental was worth the cost when compared to commercial rental companies.

This trip was excellent, needed the space to safely transport my loved ones to and from our Grandmothers funeral on Yesterday. Great location, great features, great on gas. Will definitely rent from Jean in the near future.
