FSD was not active for most of the trip and that is the main reason why I booked the car. Was not notified until right before pick up. I did get a discount for it, but just disappointing. Charging fees and parking fees too high. Good communication, but experience did not feel smooth. Would’ve probably been easier to do a regular rental agency. L

Hey Diego thank you for the review. Unfortunately, FSD became unavailable shortly before your trip began due to an issue outside of our control. As soon as we found out we notified you, monitored the vehicle, and updated you once FSD was restored. Regarding parking, we follow Turo’s airport parking policy, which requires guests to cover parking fees incurred after the trip begins. Regarding charging, the main charging fee was for returning the vehicle at significantly lower charge than received.
The host was kind and helpful. We all loved the car!!
