This Model Y is in very good condition; clean and operates well. The pickup option at the airport was very convenient, and the high mileage limit allowed me to use this for a long trip.
The rental experience was a little less convenient. I like renting Teslas because pickup and drop-off is usually very easy when using mobile app share codes. This vehicle doesn't use that process. In addition, there were multiple disparities in the listing policies from when I booked vs when I picked up, which led to conflicts between me and the host about which features of the vehicle I could use. I blame this partly on the Turo service itself, which didn't inform me that certain features were now behind "Extras".

After review of the accident video, the guest grab the wheel while in FSD which was the reason the car drove into a tree. No accountability!
