Great car and Max was friendly and responsive. My only feedback is it would have been nice to have pickup & drop off instructions documented before the trip started. My pickup was close to the address listed, but not exactly - it would’ve been nice to have my Lyft drop me off at the precise location for pickup. The pickup happened on one of the few days it snowed and had single digit temperatures. It came to my surprise that Max didn’t own a scraper or bother removing the snow from the vehicle. I spent 20 minutes removing a thick layer of ice from the windshield when I arrived for pickup in 2 degree weather. Scrapers are a must for Colorado. The engine light was on from the moment my trip started. My trip was very brief, so I didn’t investigate, but would have been nice to receive some communication on why the engine light was on. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience.
