The customer service from Jorge was amazing! Water waiting for me when I picked up car, very timely with responses and provided great directions on where to pick up car. He made it so easy and would definitely use him again! As far as the car, it is in great condition and drove very smooth! Loved the Bluetooth, sunroof and space in the car, this car is very well taken care of! Thank you so much for making it a great experience especially since my first time using Turo.
