El automóvil se encontraba en muy buenas condiciones de uso por más que no estuviera recién lavado (tenía excrementos de aves en el exterior) y también sospecho que no era 2024 (ya que papeles no exhibía)por la forma de operar el sistema car play. Al mismo lo pude utilizar por que yo tenía un cable adaptador a iPhone, sino no hubiera podido.
La función eléctrica del hybrido enchufable no la pude emplear porque en mi estacionamiento no permitían enchufar a extranjeros que no contaran con una app de carga nacional, y la anfitriona se negó a suministrarnos el cable de carga, por que según ella no valía la pena.
Recibir el auto en la ciudad tenía un costo, y llevarlo al aeropuerto uno mayor (u$s80/ por tramo). Como su pagina no permitía discriminar: quiero recibirlo en el aeropuerto y devolverlo en la terminal de trenes South Station, tuve que pagar la alternativa más cara por más que no la utilizara.
Creo también que se debe de informar a los usuarios el lugar y forma de recepción del vehículo antes de las últimas 24 horas del comienzo del contrato. Por si uno no está dispuesto a tomar un colectivo por ejemplo, al llegar cansado después de un viaje, y quiere desistir, no puede hacerlo, por qué pierde todo lo pagado.

We take pride in maintaining our vehicles and providing transparent service. The car was washed and inspected prior to delivery, with photos provided before pickup. The correct vehicle year was clearly listed on the registration in the glovebox. We remained in contact with the guest for over a month, answering questions and providing guidance. While we respect feedback, we do not appreciate false statements that misrepresent the vehicle’s condition or our level of service.
