I really enjoyed driving the car. It's good looking, sporty and well appointed. Unfortunately, I had a few issues during pickup. The car had not been cleaned for some time, and I had to get the car detailed. Also, there was no parking ticket in the car, so I had to pay for a lost ticket and couldn't leave the garage for about 2 hours until the State Police verified I wasn't stealing it. All of this was a bit embarrassing and made me late for an important family event. Aymal did his best to handle the situation and Turo reimbursed me for the carwash and part of the lost ticket. It wasn't my best Turo experience but in the grand scheme of things, I still prefer the service over traditional car rental.

The car is great and the host is very helpful. It’s not easy to find the pick up or drop off location. It’s not really at the given address so would not have been possible without calling once I got there both at pick up and drop off because they were not at the same place either.
