the host made sure we had all the info we needed to get our vacation started as soon as we landed in boston. fun car to drive and great on gas awesome headlight when driving at night in very dark roads. host responded quickly if we had question. car could use a bit of a vacumm but car was great for me and our family will recomend to others thank again.

I really enjoyed driving the car. It's good looking, sporty and well appointed. Unfortunately, I had a few issues during pickup. The car had not been cleaned for some time, and I had to get the car detailed. Also, there was no parking ticket in the car, so I had to pay for a lost ticket and couldn't leave the garage for about 2 hours until the State Police verified I wasn't stealing it. All of this was a bit embarrassing and made me late for an important family event. Aymal did his best to handle the situation and Turo reimbursed me for the carwash and part of the lost ticket. It wasn't my best Turo experience but in the grand scheme of things, I still prefer the service over traditional car rental.
