As advertised. Would rent again.

Car in worse shape than the pictures portrayed

Pick up location was convenient. But the car had lots of issues with it. It made different noises on the highway, it had a rough idle, the car had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The host was polite.

Horrible quality car, extremely strong smoke/ weed smell. Host was terrible to communicate to. They said no one pays attention to the no smoking rule and that’s not on him. No smoke treatment was attempted and he would not refund. Ruined the first day of our trip.
Hi Olivia, this review is misleading. You were advised before the trip that you could cancel for a full refund if there were any concerns, and you chose to proceed and said everything was fine. The vehicle is non-smoking, cleaned, and inspected before every trip with no verified issues. If there were concerns, they should have been reported through Turo at pickup, not after the trip requesting a refund.
