Difficulty picking up. The car was not exactly where the owner had stated. Then the Tesla key cards did not work, so I had to go through a complicated process of getting my phone linked to the car, which requires uploading documents and getting Tesla to approve a “change of ownership.” The car owner, in short, lacks communication skills and absolutely k
new the key cards did not go to that car. Otherwise, it was a good car. I own two in San Francisco and you the self-drive all the time.
Thank you. I sincerely apologize for any confusion and convenience. First, please allow me to explain the car pickup location. I parked my car on Level P1 of the Prudential Center parking garage. Before the scheduled pickup time , I was charging the car at the Tesla Supercharger on the same level P1. Once the car was fully charged, I moved it to a parking spot directly in front of the elevator on Level P1 which I hope it much convenience. I remained at a car until I saw you walked out clarifying
