Had to pull a Star for the fact that the car could use a little maintenance. Still, a smooth ride and very convenient pickup.

Pickup was easy. The car was not in tip-top shape but was adequate for our needs. We drove fewer than 700 miles in 8 days and it was reliable.

Car is old and in bad shape. Makes a horrible noise every time you lock the door. No windshield washer fluid when we picked it up (but they did reimburse us). Check engine light came on the second day and stayed on. Brakes are soft. Would not use again.

Unfortunately this was a very disappointing rental. The car was dirty when I picked it up, so I had to clean it myself. The interior is very beat up, seats held together with electrical tape. The car reeked of cigarette smoke. So much so, that it triggered an asthma attack in my mother-in-law and I had to find alternate transportation for 5 days. During the trip, the driver's seat belt randomly came unlatched multiple times and the car made concerning noises. If you're looking to haul a piece of furniture then it might be fine, but otherwise I do not recommend.

Hi Nicole, I’m sorry you were unhappy with the trip. None of these concerns were reported during or after the rental, which would’ve allowed me to address them immediately. The vehicle is cleaned and inspected regularly, and no smoke odor was present before the trip. The car is safe and up to date on inspection. I always encourage guests to report issues during the trip so they can be resolved right away.
