Everything was perfect from initial communication to pickup until the end of trip and drop off

We initially booked a different vehicle. However, a few days before the trip, we were told something was wrong with that vehicle, so they swapped it out for something else. The swapped vehicle was brand new with very little miles on it. Therefore, it was extremely clean, which was a huge bonus!
Our initial flight was cancelled, and we couldn’t get to BOS until the next day. We were only able to be refunded $32 for parking, but the fee was $74 total since they had delivered the car the day before our initial flight.
Upon arriving to our vehicle, we realized the specific car seat we added as an extra was not there. They had given us a forward-facing seat, and we needed a rear-facing seat for our young child. Our host, DJ, thankfully was able to bring us a seat with 20 minutes or so, and we were able to get on our way. DJ was extremely helpful!
If purchasing an extra, such as a car seat, just be specific that you need a rear or forward facing seat.
